If we want to meet our goals then we need to make sure that we are taking the appropriate actions that will create the results we desire. That being said I concentrate on meeting clients goals in the most efficient and safe way possible through safe and effective methods. As well as meeting our nutritional requirements for both the exercise and a healthy life style.
There is a reason that personal training is called Personal Training it is meant to be personalized to each of my individual clients. I do not believe in cookie cutter workouts each workout with my clients is specific to them.
